Installed Windows 8.1 and TMT 5 started appearing in WMC with scroll bars at bottom & right. Decided to install TMT 6 and did so. WMC actually continued to launch TMT5 instead of 6 so I uninstalled 5. TMT 6 then ran fine standalone but there was no plug-in in WMC and blueray won't play. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled with no change. Suggestions?

Go back to Windows 8, W8.1 is still in beta and there are allot of little problems.
If things were running fine in W8, then you should left it alone.
I tried W8.1 too and many things didn't work quite right eg, some web pages were too big to fit the screen, the scroll bar worked like crap on some (but not all) web pages _ it became jerky and unresponsive.
If must stay with 8.1, try re-installing Windows Media Centre.
Post again if you don't know how to do that.

I went back to Win 8. Actually reinstalled everything because was having some other issues (part of why I was trying 8.1) Anyway. Most everything is good. But Totalmedia Theatre doesn't respond to fast forward, pause skip, etc in the WMC plug in. It will respond to the onscreen controls and the Android remote. What am I missing?
