I have tried using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, but get message, "Install Shield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. No such interface supported. I have been all over the Arcsoft website and can find nothing on uninstalling. When I open Print Creations, I can find nothing there either. Please help.

I mean no disrespect, but I don't remember even installing this program and we have never used it. I just want the program removed.

Thank you!

I have a HP desktop and I had downloaded ArcSoft Print Creations a few years back from HP.com. They were offering free software. I completely enjoyed using the software. I stopped using it because, my printer went down and I have a new printer.

I went to use Arcsoft Print Creations and none of the products open and I can't uninstall either. I was actually looking to reinstall the product again from HP but, it no longer carries ArcSoft Print Creations software.

I'd be most appreciative if anyone can either help me uninstall and reinstall the software or completely uninstall and I can purchase the disc to install.

Thank you.

Howdy ArcSoft.

I'm had left a post regarding doing a complete uninstall and obviously no one from ArcSoft reads these posts.

My ArcSoft Print Creations software was originally downloaded from HP.com and they no longer support ArcSoft and referred me to your site.

I can't find a support e-mail for ArcSoft. I can't register the product because no seriel number was given from HP.com.

I can't uninstall ArcSoft Print Creations, Fun House etc because, when I try to uninstall the software from the control panel nothing happens. It won't uninstall. The software has been corrupted since I received it.

I would like to know how to turn off the annoying Floating UI settings box on Mac OS 10.5??
I agree this is quite intrusive since it installs when you load the printer drivers.

Please.... Make it go away!

Seems everyone is having problems with this program....
ArcSoft will tell you to use the Add/Remove programs option from your control panel....
no luck?  Try deleting the folder....but beware...you know that could leave behind problems...maybe if we keep asking for help someday they'll answer us.

BTW - ArcSoft Connect Daemon is a real stinker...slows browsing to a crawl - but removing the ArcSoft Programs doesn't get rid of it!  Nice huh!  Shut it off in services!  Good luck all!

This goes for all uninstalls, XP/Vista or W7 and future W8, W9

Forget about add/remove option and supplied uninstalls alone.

As you'll see some software leaves at least a few traces, sometimes thousands of registry as junk. Trial/time limited software do this intentionally to prevent re-installs.

So, just download REVO uninstaller (100% freeware), it will uninstall and (optionally) clean up debris from the registry. It also has additional and very user friendly useful features. I was delighted to find out I could do what I wanted in a couple of steps instead of a dozen in XP.

Uninstall anything using REVO as if it has never been installed. It is a product from a very respectable source and it shows. It sets a standard and all PC users need it.
