Can anyone tell me how I can retrieve my License Key?

Go into you Account page.
 
Select My Order History.
 
Select your TMT order from the list.
 
Click the "resend order email" link.
 
The email including your license key will be resent shortly.

I did just that yet I never ordered anything, I'm trying to get the license key since I ordered a game capture and I need a license key
