ArcSoft Appoints Ralph Harms Chief Financial Officer

Harm’s background includes senior management roles leading, managing and directing finance and administration for U.S., European and Asian technology companies. He has demonstrated strong ability in startup and high-growth operations and has taken four companies public and completed several acquisitions.
