I've got a strange problem. I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 7 64-bit on both my Home Theater PC and my office workstation. The HTPC runs TMT3 just fine, but my workstation just won't launch it. When I click it, Win7 launches a window to confirm that I want to let the program makes changes, but after I confirm - nothing.
Tried running as administrator and with all possible compatibility settings in the "compatibility troubleshooter".
Help!

What version of TMT? If you have an older one, it won't support Win7.

It's TotalMedia Theatre 3, whatever version is the latest available for download.

I can't launch the app, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get the version # from the splash screen.
Do you want the # from my other machine that IS able to launch it?

3.0.1.160
Also, the message I mentioned only comes up when running the program as administrator or in compatibility modes to try to get it to work.

I'd guess your office network has some additional user account, security (AV, etc), or networking limitations that are preventing TMT from working properly. Just a guess, but I do not see any message like that on Win7 systems on our office network. Maybe talk to your IT guys about possibilities.

I have a similiar problem with my Win7 x64 Ultimate machine. I cannot get TMT3 to launch without running it as an admistrator. I rebuilt the machine a couple times, same issue, and I'm seeing this with other 32-bit programs.

Same problem here, I was using Vista 64 bit, no problem, upgraded to 7 64 bit, program no longer launches from the start menu or media center... Even running as administrator doesn't help. Click on it and nothing....
