Found a work around for those of you with Anydvd HD. If you disable BD+ Live for the disc it will load.... Obviously not the ideal solution, but at least you will be able to watch the movie.... And give the arcsoft guys an idea where to look for the problem... |

I ran into this same issue this evening. Reinstalled version 7 of Cyberlink's PowerDVD software and it played fine. Think I am going to ask for a refund if a 2 version old program can play blu-rays that ArcSoft's current version can't

Is anyone working on this??? The Plan played once for me (without BD LIVE previews) but I stopped playing the movie and now BD LIVE previews work, but hangs after previews and can't play the movie...
Using Vista 32 bit home premium
TMT 3.0.1.161
HL-DT-STBDDVDRW_GGC-H20L1.03
