Hi,
I am having trouble playing John Mayer live in los angeles Blu-Ray concert. Concert is recorded in 24bit/96khz (5.1 Dolby TrueHD and 2 ch PCM). Bitstreaming doesn't work, reciever shows PCM with no sound and 10 seconds later picture is freezing. I have tested other discs (Baraka 24bit/96khz DTS HDMA, Indiana Jones 24/48khz TrueHD and other) and bitstreaming works. Problem with bitstreaming exists only on this disc... I have Xonar HDAV 1.3 on Windows 7 (latest drivers+TMT 160) Please help :) because I have to watch this awesome concert on PS3 :) Best regards |

.1775 drivers?
I only have a similar issue if the Xonar CP is not set to match TMT. |

This sounds similar to the problem I posted about with Lost S5:
Try setting the audio in TMT to HDMI (not HDMI passthrough) then start playing the disc. Once it is playing OK, switch the audio over to HDMI passthrough. If it is the same problem, this should do as a workaround.

Thanks. Workaround works. Question remains what is causing the problem...
