    The product knowledgebase, e-mail support (to all registered users), and online manuals (manuals are not available for all applications) are available to our users free of charge.

    Before calling one of our agents:

    • Ensure that your product has been registered
    • Confirm that you have the latest updates installed

    Fee-based technical support ($10.00 per call)

    • Support is available for all current release versions of ArcSoft software. Please note: the fee charged for the fee-based technical support is payable by major credit card only.
    • ArcSoft support agents are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday. (Excluding major holidays and other holidays observed by ArcSoft, Inc.)
    • ArcSoft Technical Support will take all reasonable steps necessary to resolve the issue; however, ArcSoft cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved.
