| Answer |
| To acquire an image from a camera or scanner:
1. Click Get Photo.
2. Click Camera/Scanner.
3. Click on the device you want to use from the list. Click OK.
4. Follow the instructions provided by your device's manufacturer to download the image(s).
If your camera or scanner is not listed, or you receive an error message after clicking on Acquire, the problem may be with your camera drivers. Drivers basically relay information to and from the device and computer. There are specific drivers for each hardware device. The drivers may not be installed correctly, or are conflicting with other devices.
We provide support for the accompanying imaging software.
In any case, the camera manufacturer will be able to help you with any device, driver, connection, and download problem.
