First, I am sorry but I have to say that you have the worst support system I have ever seen.

I just want to know why my activation code for Darkroom which I purchased 2.5 weeks ago will not work. 

I have tried to email from the email sent to me, it bounce back.

It made me join this stupid forum when I clicked to receive email support.

I am not going to post my name or email publicly like this .. that is retarded!

How do I get you guys to make my activation code work without having to jump through hoops and be looped in circles?

The activation code is bundled with your Personalize Name. That is mean the program will create an activation code according to the Personalize Name you added while you purchased the application.

 

Please check if you have input the correct Personalize Name. To do this, please right click on the Connect icon in the task bar. Select the View My ArcSoft Products Info item in the pop out menu.

Choose the Your Personalized Information item next to the ArcSoft Products option to check your Personalized Name (This software belongs to)

 

Please note that you need to input exactly the same characters as the activation name and they are case sensitive.

 

Once you input the Personalized Information, it will be automatically recorded on your system.

What a f**kin' stuff !

buyed the Soft in May 2009.
Have an activation code.

Got a new PC.
Typed in the name wrong.

There is no way to correct this mistake.

My new Canon Cams 5DMKII & 7d are not supported.
My Pentax k-x is not supported (Even dng files)
My Panasonic GF-1 is not supported.

My email adress (the one You send me the registration code) is not remenbered by Your system.

This is more then dilettante.

I'm in the same position you are.  I installed Win 7 and apparently entered the wrong Personalize Name when I installed my program.  Support told me the correct name to use, but I can't figure out how to change it now.  I even uninstalled and re-installed.  So frustrating.

Customer Service has a tool that will correct this if you entered the wrong name. You need to contact them again to help resolve it.
