after the installation of Windows7 I get an error that my computer does not find the "Magic-i Virtual Driver"Cry. It did workTongue under VistaAngry. Received the software with a HP Premium Autofocus Webcam (KQ245AA).

I believe we provided a fix for Windows 7 for some older cameras to HP already, but I don't know which cameras it applies to and I do not know how they distribute it. Contact HP to see if it's available for your camera.

I use windows XP and i'm having problems with the magic i 3...there's a message saying "we can't find magic i 3 driver"..what can i do?..the software came with a neox webcam, and could'n find a .dll file too..i have to download it

This issue has been reported for XP on a very small minority of systems. We have no solution. HP has no solution (I'm aware of.) The product cannot be made to work on that system at this time in my experience, but you can report it to HP to get the official answer from them. There's another thread in this forum about the issue on XP where I looked into it myself for a bit, but could not resolve it.
