    Posted: 03 Nov 2009 at 4:52pm
Hi,

I seem to have an issue when exiting TMT3 in 7MC (using Windows 7 Ultimate x64) after viewing an ISO via MyMovies 3, using TMT3 160 with a Xonar HDAV Slim and AnyDVD HD.  Once the movie is completed, or I stop the movie and navigate back to the 7MC interface the EhTray.exe will cause "Windows Media Center has stopped working".  Below is more details of the dialogue box.

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:    APPCRASH
  Application Name:    EhTray.exe
  Application Version:    6.1.7600.16385
  Application Timestamp:    4a5bd062
  Fault Module Name:    StackHash_554e
  Fault Module Version:    0.0.0.0
  Fault Module Timestamp:    00000000
  Exception Code:    c000041d
  Exception Offset:    000000003f4312f8
  OS Version:    6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
  Locale ID:    3081
  Additional Information 1:    554e
  Additional Information 2:    554e851313130fb959c4edb5c8032304
  Additional Information 3:    595a
  Additional Information 4:    595aabe67946b89e6690b2c1d64250f5

Any ideas would be appreciated as always.  I've also posted this on the MyMovies forum as it's not quite clear where the underlying problem is coming from.

There should be a patch for that, I would suggest contacting customer service to acquire it.  Maybe mention that you're looking for an updated version of "HookLoader.dll" for Win 7 x64, it might grease the wheels a bit.

I am having the same problem.  Whenever I try to stop a movie and return to the main menu via the green button, nothing happens.  I am forced to use the mouse to exit out of TMT3, which returns the following error.

Please post the solution.  I have a trial version and really want to purchase a license, but want it to work properly 1st.  Because it is a trial version, I am not able to email support.  :(

Posting BETA fixes from customer service on the forum is not allowed. Such posts will be removed if someone chooses not to follow the rules.

You can contact customer service via phone if seeing this particular fix during your trial period is that important to you.

It's $10 to call support.
I am reviewing this software and need to determine if it works before purchasing.  Right now, it is not working.  I am trying my best by going through the proper channels to find a solution to the problem.  I can't email support because it's a trial version.  I don't think I should pay $10 for a call to see if it might work.
The program will not exit as it is supposed to when using with Windows 7 64-bit Media Center.  It then crashes Media Center when you close the program.
Please let me know if there is a fix.
Thank you.

Hey Jason,

Any idea how long it normally takes for support to get back to an email request?  I haven't heard anything as yet, thought it would be an easy one but you know my experience in the past, maybe I'm just paranoid.

Many thanks, Richard.
