In MCE in Vista there was a TMT icon within MCE and it looked like it ran embedded within MCE as well.

But I just updated to windows7, reinstalled the Acer .139 version of TMT3 and there is no icon in MCE7.  I have to exit MCE and run the icon on the desktop which is not ideal.

Is this fixed in the ArcSoft .160 edition ?

I should also mention that I have the Acer Xonar Hdav 1.3 slim in my system which is why i'm running the Acer .139 version.

ASUS does not bundle the Media Center plug-in.

It's available in the retail version should you decide to upgrade. (Note though, that analog full-bitrate support is not currently included. This generally will not be an issue for Slim users since it doesn't include the analog daughterboard/plugs anyway.)

Thanks Jason,

Can you tell me why in WIndows7 media center with the full version installed, TMT3 doesn't play in full screen?  There is a windows media center blue border around the TMT3 screen that didn't happen in Vista media center.  I'm no updated to he .160 edition.

Generally it has nothing to do with TMT. You likely have MCE set up for a tube display vs a flat panel and so it uses the "safe area" for display. Fix MCE, and TMT will be fine.

I have the retail version of TMT3 (.160 version) and am having problems using it within 7MC. When I click on a Blu-Ray movie in My Movies 3 I get an error message saying that I don't have a player installed that can play Blu-Rays with folder structures (which is what I have). I can play the movie just fine outside of media center. Any suggestions?

Also -- the media center plug-in seems to work, since I do see TMT in Media Center -- but it just doesn't seem to work when I am in My Movies within Media Center.

This sounds like a My Movies issue so you may want to look into it with them. We've been in touch with Brian about how MM can pass files to TMT, but I'm really not sure whether he's implimented our suggested method at this time, or done something else.

Naturally, they told me it was probably an issue with TMT!

Ha. Of course. LOL

Test Win7 Movie Library. If that works, MM should work the same way. We provided Brian the information about how it works.
