Same problem, but my software does not print in any configuration.
I went to email my question to support and one of the required fields (product) does not drop down so I cannot submit the question....one way to keep from getting questions I guess.
Here is my problem summary.
I tested printer, I can print from all other applications just fine.
I exit all programs, start arcsoft print creations. Do a photo card, submit it to print.
Cannot find printer is what I am greeted with!
That is all I get and my printer just worked fine with all other applications.
It is a Kodak EasyShare 5500 printer and model.
What is causing this problem?
I need to print my holiday cards like now!
