I purchased the VCR to PC, Serial #(21)N20810I00422806 to particularly convert my German Video footage (PAL) to digital. I tried all PAL options in the EZ VHS Converter software. Unfortunately I only see static in the pre-screen window. US movie tapes worke fine. Can someone help me?
