I received a digital video camera free with the purchase of another product. The software is only  labeled Digital Video Camera but after installed it is ArcSoft, Video Impression 2 and Photo Impression 5. My question how do I upload videos onto my computer. I'm really slow with this so be patient and simple.  I've tried everything I know. There is very little explanation in the manual. Thanks!

Our applications let you manipulate photos and videos after they've been moved to the PC, but they don't move files from the camera to the PC themselves. You'd need assistance from the camera vendor if the instructions provided aren't clear.

I'm trying to UNINSTALL all ArcSoft products and can't find how to do it.
My XP ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS won't do it.  Can't find an ArcSoft file to do
it either.  It's  attacked some of my other programs like, Outlook Express and
others.  I need this stuff off my computer.  Please send me info.

I need help. Was making a film in two and ended VideoImpression energy.Some the file exists, but when I try to open the message format desconhecido.Alguem know how to retrieve this video, or get complete? thanks
