I just down loaded and bought fun house 2, but it didnt come with any templets. do i have to also buy fun house 1 to get the templets? if so that truley is not fair that they did not tell you this, can any one help? thanks :)

i have registered and funhouse 2 will not accept my activation code,could you please help?i did purchase the funhouse 2 ,i have tried emailing for help but to no avail,my email is rangeley-dsl@keypoint.com.au keith rangeley

I am having the same problem!!!!! I also purchase photo calendar and it tells me the same thing.... INVALID ACTIVATION CODE!!! I find the product great but the support really sucks so far.

Funhouse 2 does not have templates. you can use Any picture as the background. Templates are for Funhouse 1 only.

there is no need to use a template in funhouse 2.
Any picture is your own template.
Have you tried the application? I think it's much more creative than version 1.

for activation, you can select "View My ArcSoft Info" from Start -> ArcSoft Connect. click on "Your Personalized Information" tab. check the name of who the software is personalized to.
the name should be the one that you used to purchase the activation code.

I dont understand, i cant do any thing with it, what application? it just wants me to use a pic for 1 templet, nothing else to do. i did buy funhouse 1 and it has make your own templet, but the other does nothing, i feel i wasted alot of money

Well, after you selected a picture as the template, you can drag and drop another picture onto it. Funhouse 2 will detect the faces in both pictures and merge them automatically. For sure you can refine them.
Seems there should be some instructions for this, right?

You're throwing you know what into the fan if you expect Arcsoft to answer your email. I have emailed them at least 10 time concerning the same problem you have and don't even get the normal "received your request and will get back to you" statement. All they want to do is sell thier products and there is no support!!!!!
