Being a software developer, ArcSoft understands the importance of information security and the techniques needed to secure information. ArcSoft stores all of the Personal Information it receives directly from you in a password-protected database residing within our secure network behind active firewall software. Any information collected by its third party e-commerce service provider, Element 5, is retained on secure pages that are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
