The ArcSoft PowerMobia for Camera/Camcorder Solution provides capture functionality for high quality and high resolution photo and video. We have pushed the envelope in performance to enable capture of 2 and 3 megapixel photo and QVGA video on ARM-based handsets without hardware video accelerators. Our camera solution features fast JPEG and MPEG encoders, sophisticated preprocessing such as noise reduction and anti-shaking/stabilization, and well-tuned bitrate controlling techniques.
