ArcSoft Mobile Broadcast TV is designed for users to watch live TV broadcasts on their portable devices.
It supports a variety of standards including T-DMB/DAB, DVB-H, DVB-T, One Segment, and CMMB. We have
been working closely with leading TV tuner makers including DibCom, Frontier Silicon, Philips Semiconductor,
Siano-MS, and Zentek to ensure that the product delivered conforms to the latest broadcasting standards
and techniques. We also actively participate in IOT in trial and business networks around the world. The
Mobile Broadcast TV solution is an ideal choice for device manufacturers who wish to shorten time-tomarket
while delivering the best possible solution. The Mobile Broadcast TV solution is offered either as a
consumer-ready application, fully developed and ready to use, or as an Application Development Kit (ADK).

Application Development Kit (ADKs)
ArcSoft's Mobile Broadcast TV ADK provides everything
you need to deliver broadcast television to your mobile
device users. Choose one or more of our packages:
T-DMB Package
- Supports T-DMB/DAB standard
- Supports H.264, AAC-LC, HE-AAC, HE-AAC V2, MP2, and ER-BSAC formats
- Supports TPEG parsing to allow 3rd party applications (e.g. GPS) to retrieve traffic information
DVB-H Package
- Supports DVB-H standard
- Supports H.264, AAC LC, HE-AAC, HE-AAC V2, and AMR-WB/+ formats
DVB-T Package
- Supports DVB-T standard
- Supports MPEG-2, H.264, MPEG-1 layer 2, MPEG-1 layer 3, MPEG-2 layer 2, MPEG-2 layer 3 and AC3 formats
One Segment Package
- Supports One Segment standard
- Supports H.264, AAC LC, HE-AAC, and HE-AAC V2 formats
- Is pre-integrated with BML browsers from 3rd parties (ArcSoft’s own implementation coming soon)
- Supports CPRM (Content Protection for Recordable Media)

CMMB Package
- Supports CMMB standard
- Supports H.264, AAC LC, HE-AAC, HE-AAC V2, and DRA formats

features sets are customizable based on market
positioning and device configurations, and the
user interface is flexible. Our applications are
highly optimized for ARM-based chipsets, and
have small RAM (3.0-4.3 MB) and ROM (564 KB
for engine and H.264, AAC decoders) footprints. |
