We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your version of WebCam Companion is an OEM program which is customized for the device it is bundled with. That means we provide the program, the manufacturer will modify our program to fit it into their device. Thus this program and your device is an overall and they cannot been seen separately. For the same reason, your problem showed should also be seen into a whole, so please contact the manufacturer of your device for further assistance. They know well about how the WebCam Companion fitting into your device and have quick, accurate solution for you. Besides, the manufacturer had a contract with us that they will solve the emerging problems, we do not provide technical support or maintenance for operating system compatibility except as requested by them. Thank you very much.
And even if the retail version, WebCam Companion is not maintained and supported any more. We apologize for that sincerely.
