Subject:error message during installation - file corrupt

Question:

Hello, I have sold a ViewSonic 3D videocamera in which is provided the ArcSoft TotalMedia HDCam software. When I install this software, it appears an error message who indicate that the installing file is corrupted. How can I fix this problem? Where can I find a right working file for a correct installation software? Many thanks. Fabio.

Thanks for contacting ArcSoft Support. It is a pleasure assisting you.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your version of (OEM Program) is an OEM program which is customized for the device it is bundled with. That means we provide the program, the manufacturer will modify our program to fit it into their device. Thus this program and your device is an overall and they cannot been seen separately. For the same reason, your problem showed should also be seen into a whole, so please contact the manufacturer of your device for further assistance. They know well about how the (OEM Program) fitting into your device and have quick, accurate solution for you. Besides, the manufacturer had a contract with us that they will solve the emerging problems, we do not provide technical support or maintenance for operating system compatibility except as requested by them. Thank you very much.

And even if the retail version, (OEM Program) is not maintained and supported any more. We apologize for that sincerely.

Sorry to inform you that ViewSonic Company has answered me that:

"There is information about the software,
but it doesn't appear to be available from downloading. In this case,
the only thing you can do is to contact the ArcSoft company and obtain a
demo or a trial.

So, as the ViewSonic is not able to fix the problem, please supplying me a TotalMedia HDCam working copy because I have no ways to see 3D videos I realized with the 3D ViewSonic videocamera.

I know that is incredible what the ViewSonic has written me, I hope you understand in what situation I stay, in the half between you, Arcosft and ViewSonic, without have from you (Arcsoft and ViewSonic) the solution at software installation.
Each of you call the other one and each of you don't what to fix me the problem.
There is a serious company who want to help me and have a better place in paradise?
Thanks for your cooperation and collaboration, I wait your news.
