How do I start?
Click Open Photo to import a photo. You can also try a sample photo. Tip: For the best result, use a photo with a face forward shot.
What's the quickest way to touch-up my photos?
Use the pre-set style templates on the left panel of the program for an instant look. Over 20 different pre-set style templates are provided for every occasion.
How do I get additional one-click templates?
Fortnightly, you can download a new pre-set style template by simply clicking the More button, located at the bottom left corner. A window with a group of makeup styles listed displays. If you are using the free version of Perfect365, you will need to sign in as a member. Click the Download button to download the latest style. For tips on striking the right balance of glitz and glam, click View. The updated template is automatically added to the one-click templates list. Try the newest style now!
What else can I do besides the one-click styles?
If a face is tilted in a photo, you may need to adjust the key points to the face. Just drag the dots around each eye and eyebrow, the nose, and mouth to see an instant preview. Click the Back to Makeup button to continue touching-up the photo.
When do I need to adjust the facial points myself on PC?
When the effects are not applied correctly, it may be because the facial points are not placed correctly. This can occur when a face is tilted or angled. To adjust the points, click the Adjust Key Points button on the UI. Drag the dots around each eye and eyebrow, the nose, and mouth to see an instant preview. Click the Back to Makeup button to continue touching-up the photo.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the look?
Since Perfect365 keeps track of each modification you make, simply click the Undo arrow to remove the last effect. To remove all changes made to a photo, click the Reset arrow.
If I have a group photo, can I touch-up each face?
The PC version of Perfect365 can detect up to 20 faces in a photo. Once multiple faces are detected, each face generates a thumbnail that is displayed above the preview area. To touch-up a specific face, click the desired thumbnail. Note that this feature is available on the PC version only.
How can I see the before/after effect?
To compare the original photo with the new effects, click the A/B button.
How can I save and share my improved photo with friends?
When you are satisfied with a touched-up photo, click the Save as button to save it on your hard drive. Click Share to upload photos to Facebook, Twitter, or Flckr.
How can I upload photos to Facebook, Twitter, or Flckr?
Click Share to upload photos to your preferred social media website. If it is the first time you are uploading a photo, follow the online instructions to set up an account.
For Mac
Are there any limitations for the downloaded version?
Yes, the trial version downloaded from our website can only export pictures up to 600 x 600 resolution and does not allow printing photos. Please purchase the upgrade to enjoy these features.
What operating system does the program support?
The program supports Mac 10.6.6 and above.
What file format does the program support to import/export photos?
Currently, the program imports pictures in JPG/PNG/TIFF format and exports pictures in JPG/TIFF format.
Why is the facial recognition inaccurate?
Since Perfect365 is based on cloud computing, it's better to be connected to the Internet for the best results.

When you are satisfied with a touched-up photo, click the I Love It button to add the current photo into the My Favorite folder. Click Save As to save it on your hard drive. Click Share to upload photos to Facebook, Twitter, or Flickr.

How do I view pictures saved in the My Favorites folder?
Click the Heart icon and select a thumbnail to view. You can save the photo to your iPhoto or click the Fit to Screen icon to preview it in full screen mode.

Do I need instructions on using Perfect365?
Perfect365 is easy to use and in most cases, user's can explore the app without reading directions. If you do need help, tap the Help Center on the Wizard page to get acquainted with the app. You can also access the Help Center by tapping the "?" icon on the upper left corner of the Main screen.

To adjust the points, from the Edit page, tap the screen to display the Key Points and Customize buttons. Click the Adjust Key Points button. Tap and press the screen until the key points turn green and a red wand is displayed. Drag the wand to adjust the points. Tap the Edit button to continue touching-up the photo.

Can I save my custom pre-sets and apply them to other photos?
Yes. This version of Perfect365 allows you to save your custom pre-sets. When you are satisfied with a touched-up photo, tap the View button on the upper right corner to save your current picture into the My Favorites folder. The make-up or enhancing tools used are automatically saved as My Style and are listed at the end of the makeup themes on the Edit page. Once you upload another picture, just tap My Style to apply the custom effects to the new photo.
If there are several people in my photo, can I touch up all faces?
No, this version of Perfect365 does not detect multiple faces. However, our PC version can detect up to 20 faces in a photo. Once multiple faces are detected, each face generates a thumbnail that is displayed above the preview area. To touch-up a specific face, click the desired thumbnail.
How can I upload photos to Facebook, Twitter and Flickr?
Tap Share to upload photos to your preferred social media website. If it is the first time you are uploading a photo, tap the > icon next to the message: set to make the authorization between the network and client server. After successfully being authorized, tap Share to upload your photos
What file format does Perfect365 support for importing photos?
The app currently supports BMP, JPEG, and PNG files.
