ArcSoft Photo+ for Mac FAQ

  • How do I set ArcSoft Photo+ as my default photo viewer?

    Click the menu ArcSoft Photo+, select Preferences, and then select the File Association tab in the pop-up window. Check the formats that you want to associate and then click OK.

  • How do I add a photo I like to My Favorites?

    Select the photo you like, and then click the "I Love It" button . The photo will be available in My Favorites .

  • How do I load all photos in one folder?

    Click Open, and then select the desired folder. All the photos in this folder will then be loaded. Or you can drag and drop the folder on the program to open all the photos.

  • How do I crop my favorite area of a photo?

    Click the Crop button or press Command-K. You can save or crop the selected area to My Favorites.

  • How do I share a photo?

    Photo+ supports sharing photos to Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Tumblr, Email and iPhoto. Using Facebook as an example,to share a photo on Facebook, click the Share to Facebook button then log-in to the related account.

    Functions Button/Command Does this in ArcSoft Photo+
    PhotoBin View thumbnails for selected photos.
    Information View the photo's EXIF information.
    Zoom In / Out Drag the slider to Zoom the photo in or out.
    Fit In (same place as Actual Size) Fit the image in the window.
    Actual Size Show the image at its full size.
    Crop
    Command-K
    Crop the image.
    Slideshow
    Shift-Command-F
    Play a slideshow with the selected photos.
    More Functions (Rotate)
    Command-L/Command-R
    From More Functions, you can choose Rotate Left/Rotate Right.
    Move to Trash
    Command-Delete
    Move selected photos to the Trash.
