Once you purchase the template within the program, the template will be automatically activated. In order to print it without watermark, you need to make sure that the relevant module is activated. Please move your cursor to the module on the main screen of the program. • How do I tell whether the template/module has already been activated?

Once you purchased the template/module with the program, the template/module will be automatically activated. To check whether it is activated, please move the cursor to the template/module and see whether you can find the Buy Now button or the Activate Now button. If yes, it indicates that the template/module is not activated.

  • Why is my activation code invalid?

If you receive an error message when entering your activation code, this may be due to the following reasons:

    1. Make sure the template/module you want to activate corresponds to the one you've purchased.

    2. Copy and paste the activation code to avoid typing errors.

    3. Make sure the personalized information is the same with the one you used to purchase. You can check the current activation name in ArcSoft Connect. Please select View My ArcSoft Info from Start > All Programs > ArcSoft Connect, and then click the Your Personalized Information tab.

If you are not sure about original personalized info, please contact us with the current one. Our support team will check it for you.

  • What is personalized information?

Personalized information is the name you use to personalize your software. For the first time you purchased templates/modules with ArcSoft programs, you'll be prompted to enter the personalized name.
