In the event that you wish to return an ArcSoft product, you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that ArcSoft reserves the right to withhold a 20% processing fee for ALL (Physical and Electronic Software Download (ESD)) returns. Additionally, ArcSoft reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is returned due to shipping errors resulting from customer mistakes (such as a refused package or an incorrectly written address). Shipping/handling, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or any other fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

To request a refund for your Electronic Software Download (ESD), please visit the Element 5 Customer Care Center or the AskNet Support Center . These companies handle our order fulfillment and your purchase confirmation email contains the appropriate contact information. In your refund request, you need to include your name, email address, and the reference code of your purchase, and the reason for the return. The reference code can be found in the purchase confirmation email. In order to process your refund, you will be asked to delete all ESD files. Additionally, you will be asked to a sign a Letter of Compliance verifying that you have done so, and to return the Letter either by fax or postal mail before you receive your refund.

These companies handle our order fulfillment and your purchase confirmation email contains the appropriate contact information. All materials in the retail box need to be returned before you can receive your refund.

Once your refund request is approved, Element 5 or AskNet will process the refund request; the amount of time required to process your request will depend on when your request is received. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

CD on Demand and backup CDs are not refundable.
