How do I download my software?
After completing payment, a download link on the confirmation page displays. Also, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. This order confirmation contains your download link and license information. Please retain this email for future reference. Downloads are available from AskNet for 14 days after purchase.

If you experience difficulties downloading your software, please make sure a personal firewall is not blocking or interrupting the data transfer. Also, browser-integrated download managers may affect your download.

To make the download process easier:

Browser Configuration
Active Scripting Please make sure your browser is set to allow active scripts.

Please follow these step to enable active scripts:
Netscape:
Edit -> Settings -> Advanced -> [X] Activate JavaScript for Navigator
Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Tools -> Options -> Security -> Custom -> Active Scripting -> (o) Enable
Opera:
File -> Preferences -> Plug-ins -> JavaScript
[v] Enable JavaScript
[ ] Report JavaScript errors
How do I re-download software I have already purchased?
To re-download software you have already purchased, log into the Member Zone and click the order information page. Click the re-download button.
If the download stops before it is complete, what do I do?
If your download stops before it is complete, click the Download arrow again. The download should continue where it stopped.
After downloading my software, where is it located?
At the beginning of the download process, make sure to note where the file is being saved. You can also search for the software by filename. Do not rename the file you are downloading; it can cause installation problems.
Is the downloading process the same as installing the software?
No. Downloading the software transfers the file to your computer. Installing the software extracts the files and loads them to your computer. Directions are provided to download and install your application.
Can a single copy be licensed on more than one computer?
The license purchased for only for one computer. If you are insterested in installing the software on multiple machines then you will need to purchase more then one license. Each computer will need to have it own license installed.
How to check computer configuration?
You can check your computer configuration information by clicking Start, typing "dxdiag" in the Start Search box, and then pressing ENTER. If your computer does not meet the system requirements, it is suggested that you play/edit your Kodak videos on a more powerful PC, or you can try to upgrade your computer configuration.
How to make a screenshot?
You may try saving a screenshot by the following steps: Press the key named Print Screen/PrtScr on your keyboard whenever you want. Then open painting program such as Microsoft Paint, create a new file. Press "Ctrl" + "V" or choose the Paste item from the Edit menu. This makes you paste your screenshot to the file. Save the file to a JPEG type file and send it to us.
How do I fully uninstall/reinstall ArcSoft product?
Please follow these specific steps to reinstall the software completely. However, you would have needed to back up the original installation files to be able to do this (Note the following operations may cause other ArcSoft software to malfunction and you may need a reinstall):

Windows XP:
1. Uninstall the software using Windows Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Delete the program files (the installation directory):
[drive letter]:\Program Files\ArcSoft\[product name]
2. Restart your computer.
3. Kill the process ACDaemon.exe/ACService.exe/ArcCon.ac in Task manager (Processes tab) if any exists.
4. Remove the following folders:
1) C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcSoft
2) C:\Documents and Settings\[Current User]\Application Data\ArcSoft
You may need to show the hidden files to get access to these folders.
Show hidden files in Windows XP:
Start Windows Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
5. Reinstall the software.

Windows 7/Vista:
1. Uninstall the software in the Control Panel. Delete the program files (the installation directory):
[drive letter]:\Program Files\ArcSoft\[product name]
2. Restart your computer.
3. Kill the process ACDaemon.exe/ACService.exe/ArcCon.ac in Task manager (Processes tab) if any exists.
4. Remove the following folders:
1) C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcSoft
2) C:\ProgramData\ArcSoft
3) C:\Users\[Current User]\AppData\Roaming\ArcSoft
You may need to show the hidden files to get access to these folders.
Show hidden files in Windows 7/Vista:
Click Start, type control in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
Click Appearance and Personalization.
Click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced Settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
5. Reinstall the software.

Mac:
1. Stop ArcSoft Connect Service:
Launch "Activity Monitor" from /Applications/Utilities, select "ConnectService" and then click Quit Process.
2. Delete following folders or files:
/Applications/ArcSoft Connect Suite
/Applications/[Product Name]
/Library/Application Support/ArcSoft
/Library/Receipts/*.pkg
/Users/[Current User]/Library/Preferences/com.arcsoft.*
/Users/[Current User]/Library/Preferences/Application Support/ArcSoft
/Users/[Current User]/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.arcsoft.*
Notes:
[Product Name]: represents the ArcSoft product you want to uninstall.
[Current User]: represents the user name used to log in.
5. Reinstall the software.
Why am I receiving an ArcSoft Daemon Error message and how do I fix this?
The problem should be with the ArcSoft Connect program. ArcSoft Connect provides product management and helpful updates for ArcSoft applications, which enables a better user experience. Please download & reinstall the latest version of ArcSoft Connect from the following URL and see if it can resolve your problem:

How to change language of ArcSoft products?
You can change the Language Preference for your software in 'ArcSoft Products UI Setting'. Please click on the ArcSoft Connect icon on the system tray, and press 'S' on your keyboard to open 'ArcSoft Products UI Setting'.
