How to Change Region Code

If you have bought a Blu-ray disc encoded with a region code and want to play it in a device of a different region code, e.g. you bought a Blu-ray disc in United States (Region A) and want to play it in China (Region C); what you need to do is changing the region code.

Region code is a digital-rights technique which is designed to allow distributors to control the film release. This is intended to support product differences in content, price, release date, etc., by region. Blu-ray discs will be encoded with a region code restricting the area of the world where they can be played.
