Can I possibly try to fix the issue by myself?

Yes, the methods include:

  1. installing the latest driver for your graphic card and sound card2.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the driver for your graphic card and sound card3.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the TMT54.
  4. Uncheck/check the hardware acceleration5.
  5. Change another drive

My TMT5 remains in trial version though I have already pay for it, what to do?

Please contact 510-440-9901 and press option 2, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm PST to order a replacement disc. You will need to have your order number handy when you call for fast service.Or you have to either contact Element5 or asknet (depending on which vendor your order came from this can be found on your purchase confirmation email) directly for expanding download link.
