ArcSofts advanced video technologies demonstrated
— 4/13/2010 — INTEL DEVELOPER FORUM, Beijing —
ArcSoft is demonstrating TotalMedia Theatre 3 which recently passed Blu-ray 3D certification, utilizing Intel's Mulitview Video Coding (MVC) DxVA technology, offering better compatibility and optimizes CPU usage during playback.
At the same event, ArcSoft will be on stage to speak about its integration of Intel® Media SDK, with a live demonstration also set up off-stage for visitors to experience in-person. Intel Media SDK is a simple interface which smartly detects most proper hardware during encoding, and can be updated without further modification from the software end. ArcSoft has integrated this technology into ArcSoft ShowBiz, a powerful application that allows you to edit home videos and create custom DVDs.
"We are pleased to be invited to present our video technologies at IDF 2010 Beijing," said George Tang, ArcSoft's Vice President and General Manager of Video and Home Entertainment Group. "ArcSoft is poised and ready to offer our customers and industry partners the most state-of-the-art multimedia technologies and applications. Visitors will be able to see this from our demonstrations at this event."
To experience these technologies, stop by Stand 1034 during April 13-14, 2010 at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing, China. To learn more about ArcSoft's products, visit www.arcsoft.com/intouch/IDFBJ2010.
