Phone support availability varies based on how you obtained your software. Any available phone support is offered only to registered users. You can register your products to take advantage of this support.

If you purchased your software directly from the ArcSoft eStore or from a retail software store, you are eligible for 6 months of free phone support after you register your product. After registration, login to ArcSoft Account to find the appropriate phone support number.

If you purchased your software bundled with a hardware device (such as a printer, scanner, or digital camera), phone support is available for purchase. You need to register your product in order to purchase the phone support package, and the price will be determined based upon your ArcSoft Account member level.

    After your credit card transaction is completed, a confirmation email containing the support hotline will be sent to you.
    Call the support hotline and provide us with the reference number of your purchase. Please make sure to register your software before calling.

    This purchase entitles you to sixty days of phone support starting from the date we send you the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours from the date of purchase, please contact Element 5 Customer Care Center. The phone support hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, excluding US and ArcSoft holidays.
