Payment & Shipment

  • What should I do if my shipping address is different than my billing address?

    To place an order, you need to provide detail billing information, sometimes shipping information is needed.

    Just billing information is required if you purchase digital software alone, as it is downloadable. Please fill in billing information in Billing Information section on Order Page.

    Shipping Information section will be displayed under Billing Information section on Order Page only when you purchase Backup CD along with digital software. Please provide both billing information and shipping information for Backup CD delivery.
    If these two addresses are same, please check Ship to My Billing Address option in Shipping Information section to autofill shipping information. If not, please uncheck Ship to My Billing Address option, then fillout detail shipping information.

  • Can you ship the product to my country?

    We ship to all countries.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal.

  • Do I have to pay custom fees if I live outside of the United States?

    Depending on the import laws of each country, custom and tariff fees may apply. Any extra fees are not collected by ArcSoft and we do not have any control over these fees.
