What is my "Purchase Email Address"?
Your "Purchase Email Address" is the email address you filled in to complete the Billing Information when you purchased the product. See the chart below in RED. Your purchase receipt would have been sent to this email address. If you changed email addresses since you purchased the product, you must still type in that old email address for the purposes of verifying your upgrade eligibility.
